Downtown Fellowship is committed to a new initiative empowering individuals to transition from poverty to economic stability, by providing the tools, resources, and social capital needed to thrive.

 

This initiative is called Circles San Diego and it is patterned from Circles USA, a program with 25 years of proven success.
