Connections Housing
In 2013 Downtown Fellowship established a number of new programs for the residents at Connections Housing designed to build community and provide both practical and spiritual guidance. Connections provides permanent supportive housing and transitional housing for formerly homeless individuals. These programs are now available to other similar organizations providing supportive services.
Real Life Skills - the mission of RLS is to teach proven life enhancing concepts, the power of thinking, and understanding life choices for those seeking a better life. Those in need include homeless in transition, at risk youth, and those struggling with life challenges. More information here.
Life As It Should Be- delves into "real life" issues and experiences with biblical wisdom and hope. Through its discussion-based format, participants are empowered to become leaders in encouraging and ministering to others around them.
Restore Life - is a Bible-based program designed to help participants to overcome compulsive behaviors (including addictions) and to live victoriously in Christ Jesus. Biblical tools are provided to help participants heal from spiritual pain and trauma, to grow in their personal relationship with God through Christ, and to become effective in helping others.
