Ben co-founded the Downtown Fellowship in 2008 when he felt led to collaborate with other churches and ministries to serve Downtown San Diego. He is
an elder at First Presbyterian Church San Diego and Board Chairman of the Institute of Reproductive Grief Care. He recently retired from San Diego Gas & Electric where he was employed since 1986. He is a mechanical engineer, US Naval Academy Graduate and long-time volunteer within the San Diego Community.

Pastor Rolland accepted his call into the ministry in 1987 under the pastorate of Rev. Dr. Timothy J. Winters at the Bayview Baptist Church, San Diego. It was there that he was baptized, licensed and later ordained to preach the Gospel. While at Bayview, he served as an associate minister, Prayer Evangelism ministry coordinator and as a senior high Sunday school teacher.
Though Pastor Rolland is a frequent presenter on the role of the Faith Community in Community Development, Violence Prevention and Community Renewal at conferences throughout the nation, his greatest passion in ministry is leading the work of the Lord at the Meridian Baptist Church.

Donnie Dee became the President and CEO of the San Diego Rescue Mission in 2017 to be a part of the solution to our city’s number one issue: homelessness. Donnie is a former NFL player who also served for 27 years at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) as the Director of the Tom Landry Associates in the Western Region. Prior to this, Donnie served as FCA’s Regional Director for Southern California, Colorado State Director and the COO of FCA from 2009-2014. This is Donnie's 3rd time speaking at the National Day of Prayer for the Central San Diego Region, and his first time serving as the keynote speaker

Wendy L. Patrick is a career trial attorney, recognized by her peers as one of the Top Ten criminal attorneys in San Diego by the San Diego Daily Transcript, and named the Public Lawyer of the Year by the California State Bar Public Law Section. She has completed over 160 trials ranging from hate crimes, to domestic violence, to first-degree murder.
Dr. Patrick teaches at a number of educational institutions, in person and online; both domestically and abroad. She has taught courses in Barcelona, Spain, Prague, Czech Republic, and Pohang, South Korea.

Andrea Kaye is a TV and Radio talk show host, on-camera spokesperson, print model, actor, and producer. She is currently Host of Nationally Syndicated “The Andrea Kaye Show." As an on-camera Spokesperson, Andrea has worked with companies such as Time Warner Cable, APT Companies, National University, UCSD, Disney Vacation Club, and many others.

Dr. Katina Evans received her J.D. from Cal Western School of Law in 2012 and worked as a paralegal in a family law firm. She founded Life Rehab Corporation which provided pro-bono services for Christian organizations and leaders. She was an adjunct Business professor at San Diego Christian College before her promotion to V.P. of Academic Affairs at SDCC.
